United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy-Kromah faction : ウィキペディア英語版 | United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy – Kromah faction
The United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy–Kromah faction (ULIMO-K) was a rebel group that was active during the First Liberian Civil War. Originally part of the United Liberation Movement of Liberia for Democracy (ULIMO), the group split into two factions in 1994: ULIMO-J, an ethnic Krahn faction led by General Roosevelt Johnson and ULIMO-Kromah faction, which was mainly Mandingo and led by Alhaji G.V. Kromah. ULIMO-K was relatively united under Kromah, in contrast to the fractious nature of the ULIMO-J. It had approximately 12,000 combatants. Members of both factions committed a number of human rights abuses, including the burning of villages, murder, rape, mutilation, and looting.
